Spiralized zucchini “noodles” & corn spaghetti with heirloom tomatoes, kale, nasturtiums, zucchini blossoms, scallions, cracked black pepper, and a homemade tomato-mango-basil sauce.  So good & really filling!  The sauce was a blended mix 3 cups coarsely chopped tomatoes, a few dehydrated tomatoes (soaked for at least 30 mins in hot water), a few dehydrated mango slices, 2 scallions, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp dehydrated celery flakes, & a small handful of fresh basil.
